I own both the Narwal Freo Z Ultra and the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra, and I can confidently say they've completely transformed how I maintain my home. Between the two, my floors stay spotless with almost no effort on my part. They handle regular cleaning so effectively that I rarely have to vacuum or mop manually anymore — it's true "set it and forget it" convenience.

What truly sets Narwal apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. When you call, you actually get a real human on the line who listens and provides practical, helpful solutions. I recently had a small part wear out from normal use, and they immediately shipped a replacement — no hassle, no debate, just prompt and friendly service. Even if there were vacuums out there with slightly better specs on paper, I would still choose Narwal every single time.

I bought it three months ago and I'm very satisfied. Two weeks ago, we purchased another one for my wife's clinic.

The Narwal Freo Z10 is fairly easy to setup and it does a good job. The vacuum picks up more than my old iRobot but still not as much as I would like. It does a better job on hardwood and tile than carpet. It does a great job of getting itself unstuck or out of tight spaces (which was a frustration with my iRobot).

I like the mopping feature but it does use a lot of water so depending on the size of your house it may not be as self-operating as you're dreaming of. I'd say I'm mopping about 1200 sqft and that uses the full tank of water. For the price, I would've hoped that it was a little more set-it-and-forget-it but I do think it's a good product.
